Camp Wamava’s annual Memorial Day
Weekend picnic will be held on Saturday May 26, 2012 from 11-3.
All are invited to share a picnic meal with us. Activities will
include hayrides, a moon bounce, archery, fishing, boat rides,
and face painting. It’s a great time to enjoy the
grounds on a Spring Day. It’s also a great opportunity for
potential first-time campers and families, neighbors, and
friends to become familiar with the camp before the summer
season begins…and perhaps convince them to be campers!
We are asking all who attend to
please donate to our “paper” drive. Please help by bringing as
many paper towels as you’re willing/able. Your donations will
help keep our summer operating costs down, keep our camper fees
low, and allow as many children as possible to attend camp.
